Purpose: to store data between requests. It’s set by ASP.NET Core.

.AspNetCore.Cookies:

Purpose: to store an authenticated user’s details. Once a user logs in, ASP.Net Core encrypts this data and stores it in the cookie. The client passes this cookie back with each request. If the cookie contains more data than the cookie can handle (up to 4096 bytes), the cookie will be chunked. These cookies will be .AspNetCore.CookiesC1, .AspNetCore.CookiesC2 and so on.
